Discount Eligibility
To benefit from the discount, eligible members please send an email accordingly:
- Members of ETPE: amikrop@uoi.gr (the discount of €100 from the regular authors’ registration is valid only for the members in good financial standing with ETPE)
- Members attending iLRN2026 conference: amikrop@uoi.gr for the discount of 30%
- Special Track organizers: goncaloc@utad.pt for fee waivers.
Notes
- At least one registration (regular or student) is required for each accepted paper to be included in the conference proceedings.
- One registration covers up to two papers; an additional fee of €80 applies for each extra paper beyond that.
- When completing the payment order, please provide in the “Additional Information” space the name of the specific conference and your paper ID (#submission number). The Special Track organizers should also indicate the Special Track ID.
- If the total amount of money is zero in your basket (in cases of waiver eligibility), please choose “Pay with cash upon delivery” (no payment will be needed).
Early Bird Registration
- Early bird registration is valid until 15 April 2026, 23:59 (Athens, Greece – EEST, UTC+3)
