Refund Policy

The consumer's withdrawal statement must be made in writing via email to the address joda@admin.duth.gr as the burden of proof that the right was exercised rests with the consumer. 

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract (e.g., purchase of services, participation in conferences, etc.) without providing a reason within 14 calendar days from the date of payment. If the [name of the organization, e.g., ELKE] does not inform the consumer about the right of withdrawal, the withdrawal period extends to 12 months after the end of the initial withdrawal period.

The Special Acocunt for Research funds is obliged to refund the money within 14 days from the day it is notified of the consumer's decision to withdraw from the contract.
